If I had known that Jake (Abby's love interest) was going to lie about his identity, I probably wouldn't have bought this book. This trope always seems silly to me - why lie about who you are when the truth is going to come out sooner or later? Especially when you are the buyer of the airport and the sisters are working there. You think they won't find out? It's a stupid plan, doomed to failure from the start. The other stupid plan is Scarlett's decision to marry the buyer when she hasn't met him and doesn't even know if he's single. "I will simply dazzle this man with my beauty and outstanding charm," she tells Abby. Abby asks, "What if he's married?" and Scarlett replies, "I'm sure he isn't." It's enough to make anyone worry about Scarlett's sanity.
Anyway... so Jake, the buyer, and Will, his pilot, arrive at the airport to check it out. Scarlett goes to meet them and jumps to conclusions about who is who... she assumes Will is the buyer and makes a play for him. Jake is happy about the misunderstanding and asks Will not to reveal the truth. Will and Scarlett hit it off while Jake starts to develop feelings for Abby, so you get a 2-in-1 love story. But, both guys make love to the women without coming clean about their identities, and this is what I hate -- once emotions started to get involved, they should have 'fessed up. At that point the reader knows that everything's going to blow up in their faces when the truth comes out... so predictable.
And the ending! Leaving aside the fact that it was a cliffhanger (which I hate), the ending was silly and implausible. ***BIG SPOILER*** Abby is so upset when she finds out the truth about Jake that she decides she can't live in this town a moment longer. She tells her father she's not feeling well, goes home and immediately packs everything she owns, loads her truck and leaves town with no idea where she's going or what she's going do when she gets there. Essentially, she walks out on her job and her family, without even informing her father and sister of her plans or saying goodbye to them. On which planet does a woman do that even in the midst of the most terrible heartbreak? If she had decided to get out of town for a breather, a few days' vacation and space, that would make more sense. But uprooting herself and moving out lock, stock and barrel on the spur of the moment? Without even any plans about where she's going or what she's going to do for another job later? Come on.
I won't be buying any of the other books in this series. In fact, I wish I hadn't bought this one.

Rerouted Obsession edition by Amelia Basinger Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I love a good romance that is well written, and makes me not want to put it down until I am finished! Can't wait to see what happen's next!!
This is a quick read and goes down nice and easy, just like romance should. I am totally smitten with Jake and can't wait to see what happens between him and Abby. Also, I hope the author spends more time developing Scarlett's character, because she is really funny and interesting!
I read a lot of different stories and books on my , and I've gotten accustomed to, but not happy with, the lackluster writing of which most short stories are now comprised. However, this story was written very well and held my interest. I really want to know what happens next!
Great quick read! I couldn't put it down, and couldn't wait to order the next one so I could find out what happens with the characters!
This book was an awesome short read. I was not expecting such a cliffhanger so thankfully I was reading this at home and not in public! -) The main characters were great and I look forward to reading the next installment of this story.
